Nukkadly provides a product discovery board, launch rankings, and related features at https://nukkadly.com. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Guidelines.

You retain ownership of product listings and comments you post. You grant Nukkadly a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

Do not spam, buy votes, create fake accounts, scrape aggressively, attack the service, or post illegal or harmful content. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.

Skills, achievements, badges, collaboration status, Needs, and product-interest signals are community discovery features. Needs are requests for products or product ideas—not job posts, freelance briefs, or requests for professional advice. Nukkadly does not employ, endorse, supervise, broker, or guarantee any user, communication, collaboration, service, contract, payment, advice, delivery, or result. Users are solely responsible for evaluating one another and for any arrangement they choose to make outside Nukkadly.

The service is provided “as is.” Rankings are algorithmic and public but not a guarantee of traffic, funding, or outcomes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nukkadly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any) or USD $50.
